We are currently looking for wine & spirit enthusiasts that are interested in conducting in-store tastings for various wine & spirit brands in New Jersey.

The Tasting Co. is a promotional marketing company working with alcoholic beverage producers and wholesalers for the purpose of building product and brand awareness and increasing customer sales through in-store sampling and special events.

We are currently interviewing for Brand Ambassador candidates to determine wine and spirit knowledge, professionalism, and ability to sell. The ideal candidate will be reliable, professional, outgoing, have a positive and friendly attitude towards everyone, and have a passion for wine and spirits. We want individuals with a desire to learn about the products we represent, an ability to engage and interact with customers, and most importantly, a desire to sell product! Most tastings are conducted in liquor stores during a three-hour period and happen mainly Thursday through Sundays.

Position Details:

1099- Independent Contract Position
-
Generally, each demo is 2- 3 hours, unless working a special event

Must be 21 years and older to demo alcoholic beverages

Pay rate: $60 for a 2hr tasting, $90 for a 3hr tasting plus incentives based on sales.

Although most stores will provide everything for tastings, brand ambassadors need to buy tablecloth and tasting cups.
